Purpose of the Course
The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and work experience required to promote, monitor, and enforce compliance within South Africa’s employment legislative framework.
Qualified Labour Inspectors play a crucial role in ensuring fair labour practices, preventing disputes, and promoting healthy and equitable workplace relations in accordance with national labour legislation.
Upon successful completion, learners will be able to
