Purpose of the Course
The Advanced Diploma in Labour Law (ADLL) aims to equip students and professionals with an in-depth understanding of South African labour law, its application in the workplace, and its role in promoting social justice, fair labour practices, and equity.
This qualification serves as both a stand-alone professional qualification and an access pathway to the Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (PGDip).
