Purpose of the Course
- Develop and empower branch educators to conduct training needs analysis,
suggests appropriate interventions and develop relevant courses at branch and regional levels. - Develop a pool of cadres in branches and regions to interpret education resolutions, broaden and take forward.
- Education and Training work at the appropriate levels.
- To enhance regional capacity in developing, implementing & assessing education and training monitoring systems

Branch educators will be exposed to the following:
- Orientation to a course programme
- Education Theory and Practice
- Planning, Co-ordinating and Developing Training Programmes.
- Facilitation Skills and Education Delivery Methods
