- Building a legal case and an organizational approach to individual dismissals
- Preparing for an arbitration hearing, including possible difficulties before and during the arbitration
- The importance of leading evidence on your witnesses and cross examining the other party’s witnesses
Target
- Full-time Stewards and Leaders at Branch/Regional level who have systematic understanding of LRA and
- an experience in representing members in dismissal cases beyond the workplace, and who will be used as resource
- persons at Branch/Regional level in these matters
